Summer Programs

Ages 14-17

Offered on the campus of Westfield State University, our one and two-week programs feature innovative programming for students ages 14 – 17 who have the interest, creativity and drive to succeed. Teen-U encourages students to pursue current interests and challenge themselves with new ideas and concepts. This is your chance to leave school year studying behind and discover new and fun ways to keep learning.

CSI Westfield

This is a two week residential program open to high school students ages 14 – 17 with an interest in criminal justice, investigations, science and technology, or who would like help preparing for the college application process. This program does not require any specific previous background, just an interest in helping us solve our “murder mystery” while experiencing college first hand.

Flight Academy

This is a one week intensive for students age 14 – 17 interested in aviation and flying. Students will participate in Ground School Training from instructors both at Westfield State and Westfield Flight Academy at neighboring Barnes Airport. The week will culminate with students actually flying a plane! They will taxi, take off and fly under the guidance of a certified flight instructor at Westfield Flight Academy.
