2012-2017 Strategic Plan

• DRAFT of Full Plan (March 30): As charged by the ACC, the Strategic Planning Committee has been meeting to draft a 2012-2017 Strategic Plan for the University. This draft document sets out the priorities for the University during these years and the final plan will guide the investment of resources and programming decisions. We are asking for all comments to be to us by April 20, 2012. We look forward to hearing your thoughts and suggestions.

  There are several ways you can provide us with your comments:

   (1) Review the attached document and send comments to mbull@westfield.ma.edu;

   (2) Send comments to any member of the Committee or have a conversation with one of us after reviewing the plan; and/or

   (3) Attend a meeting on WED April 11^th at 4pm in Garden Rm A of the Horace Mann Center where we will present the draft and have a dialogue on the recommendations.
