Terrell Hill is the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources, Windsor Public Schools. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Westfield State University, his M.Ed. in higher education administration from UMass Amherst, and is an Ed.D. candidate at UMass for educational policy and leadership.
Previously, Hill served as principal of High School Inc. in Hartford, Conn where his duties included managing a multi-million dollar budget, serving as educational leader, working with a corporate advisory board, and managing a myriad of issues and situations. Founded in 2009, Hill was High School Inc.’s first principal and was responsible for hiring all faculty and staff and establishing the curriculum.
Hill is a member of the National Association of Secondary School Principals and the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development. He is a former member of the Westfield State University Foundation board and is a veteran of the U.S. Army. An educator since 1992, Hill is an adjunct faculty member at Westfield State University where he teaches the graduate course Current Issues in Curriculum.
