Timothy’s research and teaching interests include theories of crime, juvenile justice, and the application of science to the law. Before joining the faculty at Westfield, he worked as a crime analyst for the New York Police Department. He also taught at the University of Cincinnati. He is a member of the American Society of Criminology and the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences, and a former member of the International Association of Crime Analysts. He is also an avid cyclist and enjoys rock climbing.
