Professor Jones' areas of instruction include research methods, quantitative methods, and computer applications. He also coordinates the Criminal Justice Internship Program. His areas of interest include GIS applications in criminal justice, contemporary correctional programs, technology and techniques in crime analysis. Professor Jones is an active member of the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences, the American Society of Criminology, the International Association of Crime Analysts, and the Massachusetts Association of Crime Analysts.
