Cultura

Designed and created at MIT in 1997, Cultura began as a computer-mediated exchange between American and French students. This program has since been adapted to other schools, languages and subjects connecting students in the US with students in Germany, Italy, Mexico, Russia, and Spain to broaden their cross-cultural understanding. Cultura allows students from different cultures to construct a deeper understanding of each other’s cultural attitudes, beliefs and values.

Dr. Ruth Ohayon has taught a French LFRE0103 course in conjunction with the College Lycee
Experimental de Basse Normandie a Herouville-Saint-Clair.
