Job Fair & BBQ
Wednesday’s job fair had a good turn out from individuals interested in currently posted full-time, benefitted and part-time positions. Applications were accepted for full-time, benefitted positions and on-site hires of part-time staff took place. In addition, Westfield State Dining Services has been working with both AFSCME and APA to assist in the search process for the full-time, benefitted positions.
Yesterday, Westfield State Dining Services held its first-ever Faculty and Staff BBQ! The free event was attended by more than 340 members of the campus community, who enjoyed burgers, veggie burgers, corn on the cob, mac n’ cheese, watermelon and whoopie pies, among other seasonal, fresh menu items.
