Breakfast is a very important part of the day! Eating a well-balanced breakfast will give you the energy you need to start your day. A balanced breakfast should include whole grains, protein, low fat dairy, and fruits or vegetables. An example would be: Greek yogurt with berries, nuts, and cinnamon, a piece of whole grain toast, and a hardboiled egg. If you don't have time for a big breakfast, try to at least have a piece of fruit or yogurt to hold you over until the next meal.
