Squash is a delicious vegetable with lots of health benefits. It is high in vitamins, minerals, and fiber, making it good for your heart, skin, and immune system. There are many varieties of squash. Spaghetti squash can be used to replace pasta- try mixing it with sauce, vegetables, and meatballs! Winter squash tends to be sweet, so it makes a delicious snack when roasted with cinnamon and maple syrup.
