SAVE THE DATE to Celebrate Westfield State at

2018 Homecoming and Family Weekend on October 19-21, 2018

Join us as we celebrate our incredible campus, students, alumni and families
at Homecoming and Family Weekend!

This is a rain or shine event. Tickets are non-refundable.

Welcome back to the Nest! This year’s Homecoming events feature something for everyone.

Returning this year, for the first time in a few years, is the afternoon “Homecoming Beer Garden” and reunion celebration under the big top at the Woodward Center. Food, music, beverages and fun as you catch up with old friends, meet new ones and reconnect with faculty and staff. This year, we'll extend this event until 5PM with food and a cash bar and an opportunity to enjoy each other’s company before you head downtown.

You'll also find familiar events like our reunion brunch in the Dean Dining Hall, a beverage while watching the game at GameSide, Family Bingo and an amazing comedian. If you're a member of any class ending in 3 or 8, or you want to celebrate with those classes, we hope you'll join us to celebrate your milestone year on campus.

We hope you'll join us back in the nest!

Welcome to the Nest! Family Weekend is for new and returning families to Westfield State who are looking forward to visiting their student while enjoying all of the best of the campus.

This year, our Harvest Fest returns to the Green with student performances, delicious local food and featured seasonal goods, campus art, poetry and music and, of course, the fighting owls on alumni field.

Meet our President, Ramon S. Torrecilha, Ph.D., at the State of the University Address and learn about the newest happenings on campus.

You'll dine with our students in Dean Dining Hall, enjoy a fantastic comedian, play Family Bingo and watch a movie on the green.

This is the perfect opportunity to visit your student and see what life is like on our campus. Please come to the Nest for a great weekend of fun and festivities.

Discount pricing for tickets and rooms at the Holiday Inn Express has ended (they will honor the pricing if there are any rooms available).

There is something for everyone. Come back to the nest for a great weekend of fun, festivities and friends!

We look forward to seeing you, your family and friends for a fun filled weekend!

See you soon, Owls!
