How to Contact Us:

  • Faculty / Staff
During regular Help Desk hours (Monday thru Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm), call extension 4357 (H E L P) from any extension on campus. Although Help Desk is not available as a direct-dialed number from off campus, there are various ways to easily get assistance when you need it from off campus, either during or after normal working hours. Call (413) 572 - 5300 and select extension 4357. Call your WSC voicemail account via your office extension or by dialing (413) 572 - 5771, then transfer to extension 4357. Outside regular business hours, you may contact the IT After-Hours Remote Telephone Support Line at (413) 427 - 2624 or *1999 from any extension on campus.
IMPORTANT! This Remote Telephone Support Line is for faculty/staff telephone support only.
