Meet Our Staff
CAREER CENTER TEAM
The Westfield State University Career Center is staffed by a team of enthusiastic professionals with extensive experience in working effectively with students and alumni in the area of academic, personal and career development. The staff also reaches out to the community, creating partnerships with non-profit and for-profit employers to develop career and experiential education opportunities consistent with the needs and interests of our students and alumni and in support of the mission of the University.

JUNIOR DELGADO, M.Ed., B.A.
Director & Coordinator of Employer Services and Senior Programs
Junior has worked in the Career Center since 2000 and in August 2009 became the Director of the Career Center at Westfield State University. Also, Junior was the Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach at Westfield State for eight seasons and is now a Volunteer Coach. He was a First Year Experience Instructor on campus for five years. Junior received his MBTI Qualification Certificate in 2009. He earned his Bachelor of Art in Spanish and Education from Clark University and a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Westfield State.

GISELLE ABED, M.Ed., B.A.
Assistant Director & Coordinator of Experiential Education
Giselle started working in the Career Center at Westfield State University in 2007. Giselle oversees the Cooperative Education Program and monitors student progress. She also provides career and graduate school advising. Giselle is MBTI certified, coordinates the Student Teacher Seminar, and produces the University's Experiential Education Report. Giselle earned her bachelor's degree in English Education from Hartwick College and her masters in Higher Education Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
DINO INNARELLI, B.A., M.P.A. (in progress)
Coordinator of Alumni Career Services
Dino joined the Career Center in November 2011 with over twenty years of career counseling and workforce development experience. Dino coordinates career-related alumni activities and provides career and graduate school advising. He received his bachelor's degree from Western New England and is presently pursuing his Master of Public Administration.
TRICIA RAITI, M.S., B.S.
Career Counselor
Tricia joins the Career Center for the Spring 2012 semester to provide career counseling and programming to students and alumni. With over five years of career development experience, she also earned the MBTI Qualification Certificate in 2009. Tricia received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St. Lawrence University in NY and Master of Science in College Student Personnel from Miami University in Ohio.
LAUREN CAMPIGLIO, B.A.
Graduate Intern
Lauren joins the Career Center for the Spring 2012 semester as she prepares to complete her graduate studies in Student Personnel Administration at Springfield College. Lauren interned with the WSU Alumni Office this fall and has completed three other internships with the Western New England Career Center, the Springfield College Student Conduct Office and the Colby-Sawyer Dean of Students Office.
SUPPORT STAFF:
SHARON KING, ADMIN I
Sharon joined the WSU Career Center in 1999 after 15 years of professional experience in the banking industry. Her contributions to this busy student support service office include program planning and development, marketing, and financial and office management. She enjoys working with students, employers and the University Community to help prepare students for successful careers and advanced study. When not working, she enjoys travel and gardening and is also pursuing her undergraduate degree.

LORI PUTNAM, CLERK IV
Lori joined the Career Center in August 2008 after thirty years in corporate America. She coordinates the Center's Part-Time Jobs Newsletter, manages the online job database Career Connections, and assists students with Career Center resources. Lori has completed coursework in Liberal Studies and Legal Secretarial at Fitchburg State University and Springfield Technical Community College.
