On-Campus Recruitment

On- campus interviews are conducted during the fall and spring semesters. This program provides your company/organization the opportunity to recruit highly qualified Westfield State University students.   Other opportunities include company showcases, presentations, information tables/programs, off campus recruiting, posting jobs/internships, and career fairs.

 

We offer a prescreening process that allows the employer to select candidates to interview. We forward the resumes for your perusal, and prepare the interview schedule. We encourage you to set up the interview dates four weeks in advance.

 

Fall Semester - (October 1 - November 30)

Spring Semester - (February 1- April 30)

Interviews are scheduled between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

Time slots for interviews are 30 minutes and/ or 45 minutes.
