Registration Frequently Asked Questions
I am a full-time undergraduate day student, how do I register for a summer class?
Full time undergraduate day students can register for summer classes online; there is no need for a pin. Payment is due within five days of online registration. Day students can also register for summer classes in any of the ways listed below.
I am not accepted or enrolled in a program, how do I register for classes?
Students not accepted into a program at Westfield can register in one of the 4 following ways:
1. Come into the Division of Graduate and Continuing Education located in the Horace Mann Center at 333 Western Ave. Westfield, MA 01086.
2. Mail in your registration form which can be found in your Summer 2012 catalog or you can print a copy from the links below.
3. Fax us your registration. *Please note: if you choose to fax us your registration form DO NOT put your credit card information on the registration form. Instead, fill out all other fields of the form, fax it to us at (413) 572-5227 and then call (413) 572-8020 to give us your credit card information over the phone.
4. Open and edit the registration form below, save it as a pdf, and email it as an attachment to dgceadmissions@westfield.ma.edu. *Please note: all fields in the form MUST be filled out if you choose to register in this way.
I am not accepted or enrolled in a program but I would like to meet with someone who can help me pick out classes, who should I contact?
DGCE Outreach Specialists can help you pick out classes even if you aren’t accepted into a program. You can contact (413) 572-8020 to be connected with an Outreach Specialist who has expertise in your program of interest.
When do I have to pay for classes?
Payment is due at the time of registration unless you register online. Payment is due within five days of online registration. *Please note: there is no financial aid for summer classes.
I am currently enrolled in a program, how do I contact and meet with my advisor?
Many DGCE advisors hold hours in the DGCE office, but some advisors prefer to meet with students in their own office. To find out how to contact your advisor, call (413) 572-8020 or check for your program on the “Meet with your Advisor” link below.
