Technology Support Desk

The Technology Support Desk at Westfield State University is a complete service provider to the campus in support of both academics and administration. We are the technology partner for all members of the University community. With a commitment to collaboration and innovation, we strive to enhance all teaching, learning, and service endeavors, closely aligning its activities and services with the University’s mission and strategic plan. Our goal is to provide appropriate hardware, software and services through the utilization of existing and new information technologies. The Technology Support Desk team respects, anticipates, and responds to the technology needs and expectations of all campus constituents and is committed to the highest level of customer service.

Thursday 8am to 8pm
Friday 8am to 4pm
Sunday 1pm to 7pm
