The Marketing & Communication Department is responsible for the overall image of the University, including the image portrayed on our website. Our website administrators can assist individual departments with the architecture, design and implementation of web sites within the content management system, that are representative of the department but still maintain the overall image of the University. The organization, design, development and launch of a website can take up to 8 weeks.
Please complete the Work Request Form as completely as possible. We will contact you to set up an Intake Meeting to discuss your project.
At this intake meeting, you can expect to discuss details of architecture, content, imagery, audience, concepts, and a series of deadlines to keep the project on track through the design and implementation process.
The client must provide a draft of the text to be included on the website, preferably in electronic format using Microsoft Word with no formatting. We will have it reviewed by our editor for any necessary changes. Editing is not intended to change the meaning of what is written, but merely to check for grammatical accuracy and consistent style appropriate for web use. If you need assistance developing your text, contact the Marketing Department and we will be happy to assist you.
Whenever possible, individual departments are encouraged to keep their own web content up to date. The website administrators are available for updates and maintenance training on a first come, first served basis.
