Please note that these instructions for advising and registration have been changed due to campus restrictions related to the Coronavirus.
This email means that as of Thursday, March 12th, you will have 84 credits or above at the end of this semester and are eligible to register as a Senior! Registration will take place at 7am on Friday, March 20th. This must be done remotely from off campus. In person registration assistance will not be available as a result of campus adjustments due to the coronavirus. If you have questions about using online registration, please contact the Registrar's Office at (413) 572-5218 (option 3).
How to be advised remotely from off campus:
Contact your faculty advisor (listed on your degree audit) by phone or email as soon as possible to arrange how you will discuss your fall courses. Contact your Academic Department directly if you need assistance contacting them. Click the University Directory link to look up faculty advisor contact information.
Make sure you have access to your degree audit as a reference while you are speaking to them.

A copy of the Advising & Registration Form can be found here: Advising & Registration Form. This is a fillable pdf form that you can either type in or print out and fill in by hand. This to be completed in consultation with your advisor before they can approve it and issue your PIN.
Other things to make sure of:
Check to see if you have any holds that would keep you from registering. You can do this from the Registration tab of myWestfield.
Make sure you've received the correct PIN from your advisor: Attempt to enter your pin prior to your registration on the pin screen, if you get a message that says "you are not permitted to register at this time" you are good to go. If it says "error - invalid pin" contact The Registrar's Office to verify you received an accurate pin.
Use the "Search Classes" options on the Registration tab in myWestfield to make sure you have the correct CRN's and the sections you want have seats available.

Both will be open and available this week from 9am to 5pm if you have any questions. Web registration remains open for students to make adjustments to their fall schedule daily from 7am to 11pm until 11 pm, Friday, April 10th.
