Westfield Refund Process


It’s time to activate your refund preference with the Westfield Refund Code —the key to faster refund delivery choices and a world of benefits designed to simplify your finances.  A refund selection kit will be sent to students from BankMobile.

BankMobile (formerly known as HigherOne) is under contract with WSU to process all student refunds.

  • Direct deposit into your personal bank account
  • Open a new checking account “The Vibe Account” with BankMobile and use an associated card as a debit card

What happens if I don’t select a refund preference?
Without a refund preference, there will be a significant delay in the disbursement of your refund. Regardless of whether you anticipate receiving a refund, it is important to activate a refund preference as soon as you receive your code. After all, Westfield State University, may have a refund waiting for you in the future.
