George Washington

George Wasington was born to a middle class Virginian farming family in 1732. When George was 11 years old his father died and his mother was left to raise him and his two brothers alone.
George never made it past elementary school but he was very talented in the field of mathematics. It was his talent with numbers that caught the eye of Lord Fairfax, a wealthy man in Virginia.
He hired George as a surveyor and Goerge would travel deep into the wilderness for weeks at a time doing his job.
