Plato Online Learning (CIT) @ Westfield State University offers free online tutoring services in the areas of Math (Basic Math to Calculus, including Statistics), Writing, ESL, Accounting, Economics, Chemistry, Nursing, and many other subjects for undergraduate and graduate students.

1. Who Is Eligible for Online Tutoring Services?
Academic support is offered only to WSU undergraduate and graduate students who are currently registered and are using Plato. All students are registered each semester into Plato.
Tutoring is provided to students free of charge (up to 10 hours per semester). Students needing more hours must contact Val DePina in CIT (vdepina@westfield.ma.edu or 413-572-8430) to discuss the need for more hours.
2. Access and Information
Access online tutoring through any of your Blackboard classes. You must be a currently registered undergraduate or graduate student using Plato to gain access. Once inside of your course, click on “Plato Help and Resources”.
All students are registered into one course each semester in Plato so they can take advantage of these services

Click on the Student Overview Course (All students are loaded into this course each semester)
Click on Plato Help and Resources- Scroll down click on ThinkingStorm and read the directions.
