Your first year at Westfield will be an exciting time full of new friends and new learning experiences. The Academic Advising Center is here to help along the way. We will connect you with the many resources available to help you make the most of your Westfield experience. Be sure to check your Westfield e-mail account for important messages now and throughout your academic career. Check our website frequently as well! MISSION STATEMENT
The Department of Academic Achievement provides students with the tools to explore academic opportunities as well as to plot strategies for continued growth. The staff of the Department of Academic Achievement has the growth and development of the student as its primary mission, and serves the needs and concerns of the student with the utmost priority.
The Academic Achievement Department is home to the :
- Academic Advising Center (AAC)
- TRiO Student Support Services
- Banacos Academic Center including Disabilities Services, Learning Disabilities Program and the Tutoring Program
- Urban Education Program
- Reading and Writing Center

Survey - Progress reports are requests mid-semester for students in the following programs: Urban Education, students on academic probation, Banacos Academic Center (Learning Disabilities), and first-year Athletes.
