If you are taking medication from an Emergency Service, Urgent Care Center or a Private Doctor, finish all your medication before calling to be re checked at the STD Clinic.
Confidential HIV testing is available with STD testing. Anonymous testing is recommended.
If you think you have or have been exposed to an STD, refrain from sex or be sure to use a condom. Correct use of condoms offers good protection against HIV & Hepatitis but offers little protection against HPV, Herpes and Chlamydia.
