Housing selection for current students has officially come to an end.  If a student is interested in housing for 2014-2015 but did not submit a deposit or register for a room next year, they should contact our office at (413) 572-5402 to discuss availability.  Thank you.



Newly Accepted Students are able to access MyHousing following the submission of their $300 deposit.  Details will be included in the packet of information you receive after your deposit has been made.  If you have received your packet and need additional assistance with registering for housing online click here to view helpful videos on the process.  If you have any questions regarding the completion of your information please feel free to e-mail us at

2014-2015 Residential License Agreement

Planning on living in campus housing next year?  Be sure to review the Residential License Agreement you will be agreeing to which includes the Terms and Conditions of the agreement.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact us by e-mail at or by calling our office at (413) 572-5402.

CLEAR Community Update 2013-2014

Residential Life continued the CLEAR Community program for the third straight year with continued success.  Overall common area damage and cleaning charges have decreased by approximately 60% since the start of the program in the Fall 2011 semester.  To review the 2013-2014 Common Area Charges click here.  Common Area Charges are not able to be appealed per the housing agreement students agree to; while we are happy to answer any questions you may have please remember these charges cannot be removed from your account.

The Department of Residential Life maintains an up to date listing of off campus properties available in the area to students looking to live off campus.  If you are interested click on the link below for information on over 100 locations.
