Early Arrival Forms
Deadline to return Early Arrival Request Forms is August 24, 2012 at 4PM. The cost is $25.00.

Each year a small number of students need to arrive to campus early due to conflicts with our check in schedule to the residence halls.  In these situations students need to click on the form.  The form should be filled out and returned to the Residential Life Office via mail or fax at Office of Residential Life, 577 Western Avenue, Westfield, MA 01086 or (413) 572-5602.  Approval of these requests will take place on a rolling basis and students will be notified after we have received their forms at their college e-mail address.

Microfridge Rental
The Residential Life Office offers students the opportunity to rent a microfridge unit which is explained in the brochure below.  This unit is very helpful for students that plan to storm small amounts of food in their rooms and would like to have access to a microwave without going down to the kitchen in our residence halls.  In order to rent a microfridge unit for the year, please download the form below and follow the instructions for turning it in.
