The Counseling Center advises 2 clubs on campus, Westfield Revoltion Against Campus Sexual Assault, and TMAYD, or Tell Me About Your Day, which is focused on de-stigmatizing mental health, building a supportive community, and suicide prevention
If you are worried about a friend and not sure what to do, you can walk into the Counseling Center during business hours to get some advice from a counselor.
The Counseling Center sponsors Free Yoga Fridays in the Fitness Center every Friday from 3:30-4:30pm. Many students find yoga to be a key factor in managing their mental health. This is the only class in the Fitness Center that does NOT require a membership.

Relaxation Coaching is a non-counseling 1:1 appointment with a Counseling Center trained intern. You will be guided through the process of learning to use breathing techniques to help yourself deal with the stress of life. Even students who have tried breathing or meditation before and not liked it say that this is different – they come away feeling more relaxed and empowered to do something when they are freaking out. Take an anonymous screening. Self-knowledge is power. The Counseling Center partners with Screening for Mental Health to provide online screenings for WSU students. It's a checkup from your neck up!
