Check your @westfield.ma.edu email from New Student Orientation confirming our receipt of your preferences (if you do not receive a confirmation email immediately this means there may be an issue with your registration. Please contact us immediately at 413.572.5619), and then check your email again within 48 business hours to receive your session assignment, packing list, parking information, and details about the program.
-Please give us more than one session preference in your application. Selecting the same session for all 3 preferences will not guarantee you get your choice.
-Sessions fill on a first come first serve basis.
-Parents/Guardians are not required to attend orientation, but we encourage them to come!
-Parents/Guardians have the option to stay on campus during the program and will be housed in University Hall while the students will stay in Scanlon Hall. (there is no fee for parent/family member housing on campus)
-The student and parent/family programs run separately from one another with a little overlap here and there.
-Check-in will begin on day 1 at 8am if you need to complete any testing requirements or are a member of the Learning Disabilities Program, and at 8:30am for all other students. You will receive a message with information about what time you need to check in for your program! Day 2 will wrap up around noon and give you plenty of time to take care of business on campus or around town!
