True Blue & You

True Blue & You logo

As faculty and staff of Westfield State...

...you support the University every day. Everything you do helps make Westfield State a great place to learn and work.

True Blue & You is an opportunity for faculty and staff to show their passion and loyalty for Westfield State students. By participating in the campaign, you are showing your colleagues, students, alumni and friends that you believe in the mission of Westfield State.

We hope you will join this year’s True Blue Campaign as we all work together to make Westfield State a better place for all Owls.

With every step I take, I get closer to living my dream. Thank you for helping me along the way, and how blessed I truly am to be a Westfield State Owl.

Megan Ceniglio ’18, Early Education, Liberal Studies

Supporting our students takes extraordinary resources and our donors make it possible. Not only does the Westfield Fund help serve our students with unmet needs, the Westfield Fund empowers the University to go above and beyond—the difference between a good education and a great education. The Westfield Fund supports student scholarships, research opportunities, paid internships, student study abroad experiences, classroom resources and so much more.

You may designate your gift to support the Westfield Fund, the Owl Club, our new Last Mile Fund or any existing scholarship that is near and dear to your heart. Your gift, no matter the size, makes a difference and supports all Owls.

"I stepped on the campus green in 1994 as an Urban Education student at the age of 17. Now I am a Professor in the Art Department, giving back to an institution that is more than just my alma mater. Westfield State has been my surrogate parent and home for the majority
of my adult life."

George Ramirez, Instructor, Art Department

"I am grateful my payroll deductions help students who are struggling to pay for school. If I can give a few students a little more hope today than they had yesterday—that is worth continuing to give."

Tina Langevin, Staff Assistant, Human Resources Office

"I’ve been inspired to give by the legacy of Emilee Gagnon, a cancer survivor and library student worker who was generous, creative, and very principled. She thrived here at Westfield State and gave us so much."

Tom Raffensperger, Dean, Academic Information Services; Library Director, Ely Library
