This page is a great resource for struggling readers. It offers many tips and tricks to help get your young ones into reading! I have found great success in these strategies in the past!

While this is a touchy subject, we do find a lot of children around this age developing delays. If you are ever curious about if your child is performing where they should be I suggest you take a look around this page! They will inform you where your child is expected to be and give you information on what to do next if you feel your child is falling behind.

This is another great sight with educational and fun games for kids. I like to offer many options as kids can become bored quite easily with these online games so I want you to be prepared for the year ahead!

This is an amazing site! There is so much to do. Games, reading, videos. It's super fun and will keep your kids entertained for HOURS.

Brain pop is a super educational sight that allows kids to explore all different subjects in school. I highly recommend this sight if your child is struggling in a specific area. Click that subject and find a bunch of activities to help expand their knowledge.

This sight also has a ton of games as well as monitored message boards for kids to interact with one another about certain topics. This is just another great sight for games!

This sight is awesome for all your curious kiddos. It explains all sorts of questions your child might have about how things in our world work! I use this sight quite often in lesson plans! Love it!


Teacher Area:

This is a great sight to use if you find yourself tired from the everyday struggles of being a teacher. This sight will remind you of why you began this career and how to stay motivated. We all have our bad days but when it comes to teaching, it is important we do not let these days affect the children we are impacting for the rest of their lives.

This sight is a great way for teachers to stay updated on what's going on in the news surrounding education. We can stay up to date on new factors that will be affecting us and our students which is important as times are changing.

This page can be used as a resource for teaching students some of the more complex things about our world. I have always known being honest with students would be a priority of mine, but in a way that is possible for them to digest. This site has some great information!

This is a great page for finding educational and appropriate videos for students. It's very easy to find a video relating to whatever topic you might be covering and the videos are always very informative.

Here is a great site you can use to find relevant, non-biased, and reliable news for your students. It's hard to know what information you can give to your students so this sight informs them in an appropriate and useful way of current events.

This is an awesome way to come up with "daily starters" for your class. Each day their are different ways to introduce a topic and get the children warmed up. You can also scroll through previous days and find ones that relate specifically to your topic you're working on!

This page is great when it comes to hands on activities like crafts. It has tons of cool ideas for your students as well as offering discounts and other handy tips that are useful for being a teacher.
