Field Trip to Davis Farmland |

For this year's theme, we are focusing on barnyard animals and what makes a farm sustainable. To show our students more in depth what makes up a farm, we are going on a field trip to Davis Farmland in Sterling, MA. We will be going during the spring time to see all the flowers in bloom and hopefully many of the new baby animals as well. Students will be able to experience many different aspects of a farm and get an up close tour of the different barns and sections. The water park will not be allowed however! Students will need to pack their own lunch and we need to make sure that all students wear sneakers and long pants because we will be going into the petting zoo. We will also need about 10 chaperones to come with us on this amazing opportunity! If you are interested, please email one of the three teachers for more information. A waiver does need to be filled out and sent in with your child which you can find by clicking here If you have any concerns with allergies or behavior issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to any one of us! We will help in any way we can to keep all the students safe and having a memorable trip! |
