The Water Cycle is important for students to learn so they know where water comes from and how The Water Cycle is important to the ecosystem.

A. Introductory Activity (if applicable)

During the introduction, the teacher will provide students with a KWL chart where they will fill out what they know about rain and other things about The Water Cycle. Then the teacher will talk about the vocabulary words that go along with the water cycle with visuals. After this, the students will fill out the second column of the KWL chart.

B. Step-by-step

During the step by step section of the lesson, the students will watch the youtube video about The Water Cycle. Then, the teacher will go over each step of The Water Cycle. While filling out the worksheet with the students.    

C. Closure

For closure of the lesson, students will work in groups and go to the website and go over the questions with each other. While going over the questions, the students will write down why the questions are correct. Then the whole classes will go over the questions and have a turn and talk where students can ask questions.
