- Bachelors Degree
- Pass on the Massachusetts Tests for Educator Licensure
- GPA of 2.6 for admission into program
- 2.7 average in English Comp I and II
- GPA of 2.8 to enroll in practicum

ACADEMIC SUBJECT AREA COURSEWORK
Decisions regarding coursework in the academic major are based on a students academic record, performance on the Massachusetts Tests for Educator Licensure (MTEL), previous college coursework or other related professional experience reflective of the student having met state and national standards.
It is important for a student to meet with an academic advisor as early as possible to determine a program of study.
