The Box tool is integrated into the Plato Grade Center. You will find it when you are grading an “Assignment” that has been submitted in an “Assignment Drop Box, and has an attachment of aPDF, Word Doc, Excel Spreadsheet or any other Microsoft Office document. This tool allows you to comment directly on the submission or highlight text and add a comment to the highlighted area. Students will have access to your comments in their “My Grades” area.
