ID's for New Students

This information is for NEW incoming students ONLY (resident and commuters)

If you are a returning student who already has an ID card, this does not apply to you.  You continue using the same ID card from the previous semester.

 

Photo uploads have ENDED! In-person photos only!

How will you receive your ID card?

If you SUCCESSFULLY uploaded a photo, and you are a resident living on campus, you will receive the card when you move in. 

 

If you SUCCESSFULLY uploaded a photo, and you are a commuter, you can pick up your card at the SAIL Office in Ely when classes begin in January.

If you DO NOT upload a picture before the deadline:

  • You will not be able to move into your dorm
  • You will not be able to eat at the Dining Commons
  • You will not be able to get into any Academic Building
  • You will have to have an in-person photo taken.  No exceptions.

ID Cards will NOT be mailed to you
