PAYROLL AND PAYCHECK QUESTIONS
Q: How can I find out my payroll ID number?
A: Please contact the payroll office at 413-572-8404 to find out your Payroll ID. Your Payroll ID number is the same number you use to log into Employee Self Service.
Q: How do I change my personal data, tax information, direct deposit data and other employee information?
A: Go to Employee Self-Service on the WSU main page and change your personal information in the Personal Information Summary sections or Go to the Office of Human Resources, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity webpage > Guides and Forms >Employee Information and complete the Change of Information Form and submit it to OHRIDE.
Q: Can my direct deposit information be changed over the phone or email?
A: You can only update your information via ESS or in person in the payroll office.
Q: How can I get a copy of a W-2 from past years?
A: A copy is available in ESS. If further assistance is required, please contact Payroll.
Q: Who do I contact if I have questions about my W-2?
A: Please contact the Payroll office if you have further questions regarding your W-2.
Q: Where do I pick up my first paycheck?
A: Your first paycheck can be picked up at Student Accounts on the first floor of the Horace Mann Building.

Q: How do I apply for the Tuition Waiver benefit?

Q: How do I apply for a leave of absence?
A: Go to the Office of Human Resources, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity webpage > Benefits & Insurance > and complete the WSU Family or Medical Leave Request Form and forward it to OHRIDE
Q: Where are my available time off balances; sick, vacation, personal?
A: Go to Employee Self-Service on the WSU main page > Timesheet and leave/compensatory time. Time off balances can also be found on your paycheck.
Q: How do I apply for health insurance?

Q: How do I change my supplemental retirement plan contributions?
