Employee Resources

The staff in the Office of Human Resources, Title IX, and Equal Opportunity are committed to providing service and guidance in any way we can.

The resources in this section will guide and assist supervisors and hiring managers through the employee life cycle from the initial classification decision to when an employee leaves the university.

  • Our new employee orientation section contains all the forms, guides, program flyers, policy, and other important information the new employee will experience, during their new hire onboarding, before and after their first day.

  • Benefits are an important part of the employee life cycle and impact an employee at hire, during their career, for life events, and retirement. Visit the Benefits and Wellness section to learn more about what is available to you!

  • Learn more about your union and non-union benefits, union contacts, and agreements.

  • For departing employees from the University, HR works with the employee to complete an exit interview, provide a benefits termination package, equipment return, and notifications to the campus community.
