Feeling stressed or overwhelmed with the start of a new semester and Covid complications? Wanting some new tools to manage anxiety and to decompress? If you are struggling with stress or anxiety, or just looking for an additional self-care tool, Relaxation Coaching sessions can be a great support by offering gentle mindfulness and stress-relief exercises! During these short sesions, you will meet (virtually!) one-on-one with a trained Relaxation Coach to learn and practice different relaxation skills, such as mindful breathing.
You also don't have to be a client at the Counseling Center (ie: seeing a counselor) to schedule a Relaxation Coaching session! To schedule a first session, you can call our main number (413) 572-5790 or send an email to email@example.com
Virtual Pet Therapy
While there is no more in-person pet therapy at WSU this semester, the Counseling Center is bringing virtual pet therapy to you! You can visit our instagram page to see cute, calming photos of pets every weekday! You can also DM us your favorite photos of your own pets to be featured on our Instagram!
