The reason for exploring the different food groups, is so that you can become familiar with the healthy ways to eat, from talking about the things that you shouldn't eat, to things that you should eat everyday, along with a little bit of exercise. Doing all of these things will help you live a healthy life.

Directions:

On this website we will be exploring all of the different food groups, there will be questions that need to be answered to get to the next food group. If questions cannot be answered there will be links that will help you along the way.

To start the adventure click on a food group below, when you are finished with one group, you will be sent back to this page to choose another food group. Try to see if you can accomplish them all!!!!
