Two hundred nineteen students earned a master’s degree in 2019 and were honored at the Graduate Commencement ceremony on May 16 at Springfield’s MassMutual Center.
Robert Rauch, Ph.D., professor and chair of the Department of Movement Science, was the commencement speaker.
The John F. Nevins Outstanding Educator Award, presented annually to a consummate educator at Westfield State, was awarded to Katherine Walsh, Ph.D., professor of social work.
Adrienne Francis ’10 offered greetings to the new graduates on behalf of the Westfield State Alumni Association.
