Michael Filas

Michael Filas's teaching and writing focus on 20th century American literature, creative writing, particularly fiction, and cultural studies. He is interested in themes related to medical humanities, post-evolution, and formal experimentation in prose. Michael is also the English Department's Internship Coordinator, and is Faculty Advisor for Persona, the literary and arts journal of Westfield State University, and for WSKB, the campus radio station.
