If you are using the Westfield app to access Plato, it is pushing you through to the Blackboard app. The first time that you use this app, you will need to login using the ORIGINAL Plato login method (instructions below). You will only need to do this once, and should not need to if you have previously used the Blackboard app on your device.

To log in with the original Plato login –
- Your user name will be: your first initial, last name and last 4 digits of your Campus Wide ID (CWID). All lower case (ex: jdoe2345).
- Your initial password will be: your CWID with a capital A (ex: A00012345). Please reset your password
- You can find your CWID in your MyWestfield account, on your WSU bill, or your schedule. If you still can’t find it, you can call 413-572-5218 for assistance.
