School of Criminology, Psychology, Social Justice, and Public Policy

The School of Criminology, Psychology, Social Justice, and Public Policy serves over 1000 full and part time student and over 250 graduate students. We offer seven majors, eight degrees, and 14 concentrations, 12 minors, and 10 graduate degree programs. Thirty percent of our undergraduate students are persons of color, as are 24 percent of our graduate students. 

Our faculty and staff are committed to preparing our students to become leaders and innovators in their chosen fields. Our graduates are renown throughout the region and nationally. With internship programs, engaging practicums, and capstone projects, our students are always prepared for the demands of an ever changing workplace landscape. 

We are are devoted to social, political, and criminal justice reform as well as addressing the prevalence mental health challenges facing our community, the commonwealth, our region, and nation. We pride ourselves in serving our community and preparing our students to serve and lead a diverse work place.  We are the place were students start their journey to fulfill their truest potential.
