Health Services Update:

As the CDC & Massachusetts DPH guidelines around Covid-19 keep evolving and the Covid -19 vaccines become more available to students, it is very important that we in Health Services have all of your immunization records if you are a full-time undergraduate student. If you have received the Covid-19 vaccine please send your results to healthservices@westfield.ma.edu

Also, if you have tested positive for Covid-19 off campus please send a copy to healthservices@westfield.ma.edu so we can make sure you are “exempt” from testing for 90 days after your positive test date. If you tested positive through WSU’s on Campus testing, Health Services has your results already and you do not need to send results.

Thank you!
