Common Directory Questions and Answers

My department directory listings are showing incorrect name, phone, location or room numbers?

IT is able to update the following:

  • First Name (as listed in Banner)
  • Last Name (as listed in Banner)
  • Department Name
  • Work Phone
  • Building
  • Room Number

To have an update made please complete the excel sheet and email it to supportdesk@westfield.ma.edu.

How do I update my directory bio, education, courses taught, research, or photo?

Simply complete the form provided here and include the photo you'd like to use along with your bio information. Our Web Content Specialist will verify and confirm once your listing has been updated.
