Westfield State plans to resume its traditional, on-campus schedule for fall 2020. Given the ongoing uncertainties related to COVID-19, we believe it is also prudent to develop contingency plans. Updates will be communicated as they become available.×
Refunds of tuition and fees for non-credit courses, if any, are made on the basis of the date and time of receipt of a student’s withdrawal. Students who withdraw from a course before the first meeting will be refunded the cost of tuition and fees less a $25.00 non-refundable processing fee. Students who withdraw after the first scheduled class and within the allowable withdrawal period may receive a partial refund of their tuition and fees according to the schedule below.

Refunds in full will be granted for withdrawals up until 10 business days prior to program start date, including early drop off and late pick up fees, less a non-refundable $10 processing fee.
Refunds will not be granted after the 10 business day deadline.
A non-refundable program deposit is due for Summer Residential programs approximately 3 months prior to start date. Full payment is due one month prior to start date. No refunds are granted for Summer Residential Programs.
