Welcome to Procurement. This area reports to the Vice President of Administration & Finance and is managed by Gary Duggan, Director of Procurement & Administrative Services, who is responsible for the oversight, management and fiscal integrity of Procurement.

Mission:

The mission of the Procurement Department is to ensure the fiscal integrity of the college by strictly adhering to the University policies and procedures as well as all federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations and budgetary guidelines to procure the most cost-effective pricing using best procurement practices while providing timely customer service. The department continues to work with the faculty, staff and students to improve our service whenever and wherever possible. In addition, the Copy Center, Mailroom and Central Receiving Departments support the University goals and objectives by providing services in an efficient and effective manner. These departments strive to provide excellent customer service with a focus on meeting customer deadlines.
