Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance
The fiduciary responsibility of the Vice President for Administration and Finance is to secure, control, and disburse over 125 million dollars annually to meet the overall mission of the University. Working closely with the Department of Higher Education for the state appropriated funds and with the local Board of Trustees for the student fee funds will determine the annual operating budgets.
The annual audit as well as the University's policies and procedures ensure and document proper fiscal controls. Semi-weekly check disbursements enable the University to accept vendor cash discounts while maximizing investment earnings. The Vice President of Administration and Finance is assisted by the Associate Vice President of Finance, the Director of Budget and Financial Planning, and the Director of Procurement and Administrative Services.
