Associate Vice President of Finance
Welcome to the Office of the Associate Vice President of Finance. This area reports to the Vice President for Administration and Finance and is managed by Lisa Freeman.
The office is located at 333 Western Avenue, 2nd Floor West Wing and is responsible for the oversight, management and fiscal integrity of the following departments:
- Accounts Payable
- Inventory Control
- Payroll
- Student Accounts
- Travel Reimbursement
- Perkins Loan Office
- as well as the annual audit, financial data and fiscal affairs of the University
The Financial Accounting staff is available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The mission of the department is to ensure the fiscal integrity of the university by strictly adhering to the University policies and procedures as well as all federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations while providing the most efficient, effective and timely customer service possible. The department continues to work with the faculty, staff and students to improve our service whenever and wherever possible.
