The Bistro is located behind Scanlon Hall facing the Scanlon Banquet Hall. Grab N' Go and Late Night operate at different times of the day. The Bistro's Grab N' Go consists of breakfast and lunch options while Bistro Late Night consists of dinner options. Options include freshly prepared salads, wraps, Tex-Mex cuisine, chicken sandwiches, brick oven pizza and so much more. Meal swipes and à la carte items are available to order on the GET app.
