Undergraduate Internal Transfer Admission Requirements for Nursing
Undergraduate students already enrolled in another major at Westfield State University who wish to change their major to Nursing are subject to all transfer policies currently in place for the external transfer student admission application.

Internal applicants can schedule a meeting with the Chair of Nursing to complete the transfer application form for admission to the Undergraduate Nursing program.
